Boost Energy gel is advertised as easy on the gut and I can attest to that. Most gels and carb drinks give me acid reflux but Boost gel is easy to digest AND it tastes great. As to why it tastes so good, maybe it has something to do with the use of agave syrup instead of corn syrup and tapioca starch instead of corn starch? Naak advertised this as a "neutral" flavor and it’s hard to describe but it has a natural, mildly sweet taste and jello-like consistency that melts in the mouth and delivers a smooth, steady boost. It's kind of expensive, but so much better than anything else I've tried.
