Return Policy

At Näak, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to return your order within 14 days from receipt of your order.

A full refund will be issued for your order, but the return shipping costs will be at your expense. Please read our return policy carefully below.

Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Returned items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund.

Defective or damaged products
If your product is defective or damaged upon delivery, we invite you to send us an email to hello@naak.com with photos of the damage. We will then guide you on the procedure to follow to obtain a replacement or refund.

Exchanges
We only accept exchanges for unworn and unused apparel and accessories. If you wish to exchange your order, the item(s) must be returned in brand new, unworn condition with all original packaging, tags and inserts within 14 days of purchase.

Sale items
Sale items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Only regular priced items can be refunded and exchanged.

How to return your products?
If you wish to return a product, please inform us by e-mail at the following address helloeu@naak.com. Explain why you want to return the products with as much details as possible, and include images if necessary. We will confirm the return terms and indicate the procedure to follow. You will need to cover the shipping costs associated with your return or exchange.

We recommend you to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item. The delivery time for the exchanged product may vary depending on your location.

Refund conditions
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your demand. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
