In the first part of the ride I had a tailwind in the second part of the ride, when I also took the energy gel, I had a headwind, I managed to keep the same speed without feeling muscle burns or any kind of weakness. Purchased and tried it for the first time. Tastes really good and very easy on the stomach.

2 scoops in 500ml seems like A LOT! But it dissolves really well, is light in flavour and texture, did not upset my tummy. It’s a wonderful way to take in calories while running!
