Internship offer - Product & Innovation Coordinator

MISSION

We are looking for an energetic person, detail-oriented but also highly creative, who can communicate in both French and English.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Being an active member of the NäakLab (Product & Innovation laboratory): creating internal prototypes or specifically for athletes, conducting documentary and competitive research, searching for new ingredients, etc.
2. Participating in Product & Innovation department projects, coordinating actions with project managers, and independently managing certain projects.
3. Supporting Quality and/or Environmental actions: product life analyses, life cycle analyses, implementing organoleptic tests, creating documentation, etc.
4. Collaborating with Marketing to popularize the actions of NäakLab (product sheets, blog articles, etc.).

Being an athlete or having a connection with the endurance sports community is a plus for joining our team.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

• Proactive, creative, structured, and entrepreneurial person.
• Very important to be a "team player".
• Currently studying (bachelor's, master's, engineering, or equivalent) in food science, agribusiness, or nutrition.
• Knowledge or previous experience in sports nutrition is an asset.
• Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
