They are formulated with a 4:1 carbohydrate-to-protein ratio, 180mg of essential electrolytes, a short list of natural ingredients, and a unique protein blend, all of which are beneficial for optimal performance.

Electrolytes play a critical role in helping your body perform optimally when exercising. They control fluid balance, muscle contractions and regulate blood pressure.
