Recipe - Cricket powder acai bowl

What is not to love about the typical Brazilian breakfast dish that is the acai bowl? Make yours even healthier by adding some cricket protein powder to it!

Ingredients

For the acai bowl base

  • 2 tbsp acai powder
  • 1 1/3 cup frozen fruit
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp Näak cricket powder

For the toppings

  • Fresh strawberries
  • Fresh banana
  • Coconut flakes
  • Almonds
  • Granola

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients for the base in a blender.
  2. Pour into a bowl and prepare toppings.
  3. Add toppings and enjoy!
