Today, discover the recipe of vegan "Reese's" with Näak Nut Butter from Nadia Healthy Kitchen.
For this recipe, you will need 2 bowls, a muffin tin, a frizzer and the following ingredients:
BASE 4555
- 70g quick cooking oats
- 2 tbsp. Näak Protein Nut Butter
- 1 tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 pinch of salt
- 100g Näak Protein Nut Butter
- 1 tbsp. maple syrup
- 70g de chocolat noir fondu
- pinch of coarse salt or other garnish (optional)
Preparation:
- Mix all the ingredients for the base in a bowl
- Divide the mixture into a non-stick or silicone muffin tin to make six servings
- Press the base well
- Allow to set in the freezer for 15 minutes
- Meanwhile, mix the Näak Nut Butter and maple syrup in a bowl to create the center layer
- Then, spread over the bases and top with melted dark chocolate (about 8g of vegan protein per serving)
- Refrigerate until hardened
